These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SentAna (sentana.se), a sentiment analysis platform. By using SentAna, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SentAna provides AI-powered sentiment analysis, emotion detection, aspect-based analysis, and trend analysis for text data including customer feedback, reviews, and articles.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• One account per individual user; shared accounts may be subject to suspension

3. Trial Accounts

Free trial accounts are limited to 5 runs per advanced analysis mode (ABSA, Emotion Detection, Trend Analysis). Basic Sentiment Analysis is unrestricted during the trial period. We reserve the right to modify trial limits at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
• Use the service to process data you do not have rights to analyse
• Share your account access with unauthorised users

5. Intellectual Property

SentAna and its underlying technology are owned by SentAna and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload for analysis.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of SentAna is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. SentAna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentAna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@sentana.se.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SentAna after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
